• If that happens, you’ll see a prompt at checkout asking you to enter a one-time passcode.
• You can choose to receive your passcode by text message, email, or phone call – using the contact information you already have on file with us.

This extra step only takes a few seconds, but it helps ensure that it’s really you using your card, not someone else.

When a transaction needs extra verification, you’ll see a prompt like the one below. Just choose how you’d like to receive your one-time passcode: by text message, email, or phone call & enter it to complete your purchase.
