Due to being a larger sized organization, CFCU offers lower fees. For new loans, CVF members can benefit from CFCU’s lower loan rates.

CVF members will benefit from 10 more branches and an additional branch in Livonia, located at 7 Mile and Farmington. In addition, access to CO-OP Shared Branches would be at no charge.

Grant Programs
Christian Financial participates in several grant programs available through the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI) for small business owners, homeowners, and first-generation homebuyers.
Digital Cards
After you are onboarded in your new CFCU Credit or Debit Card, instead of waiting for a new card to arrive in the mail, Christian Financial members can obtain their new card numbers digitally in our app so there is less disruption between cards.

Our Outreach & Impact Foundation
At CFCU, we believe in giving back to our communities.
The mission of our Outreach & Impact Foundation is to support families of all kinds within the communities we serve. We achieve this by ensuring stable housing, enhancing overall quality of life, promoting financial well-being, and empowering the next generation. In 2024 we donated nearly $200,000 to our communities and faith-based organizations and volunteered over 2,500 hours.
Deo Gratias Ministries Detroit
Christian Financial’s Outreach & Impact Foundation donated $5,000 to Deo Gratias Ministries Detroit.
Canned Food Drives
As part of CFCU’s annual canned food drive, the credit union donated non-perishable food to 13 local church food pantries, including Holy Innocents St. Barnabas Church.
Capuchin Soup Kitchen
Christian Financial’s Outreach & Impact committee coordinates volunteering at local non-profits, including Capuchin Services Center in Detroit.
Vista Maria
Christian Financial’s Outreach & Impact Foundation donated $5,000 to Vista Maria as part of a recent grant.
Motown Soup
Christian Financial’s Outreach & Impact committee regularly volunteers at Motown Soup, a local non-profit that produces soup, bread and dip mixes to support local hunger-based nonprofits.
